            A.        Continuance of Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Service                           
                        Reductions.  The Board will continue deliberations on the
                        proposed service reductions discussed at the hearing held on
                        April 2, 2009.  Staff is requesting the Board approve a scenario
                        or a combination of elements for proposed service reductions and
                        consider fare increases to address the decrease in transit funding.
