5. CONSENT CALENDAR
These items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They will be acted upon by the EDCTA at one time without discussion. Any EDCTA board member, staff member or interested citizen may request an item be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion. The EDCTA may also add items from the Agenda to the Consent Calendar if they appear to be non-controversial.
A. Approve Purchase Order Number 12175 issued to CalTIP in the amount View Staff Report
of $8,589. for the balance due on Fiscal Year 2006/2007 Vehicle Physical
Damage Program
B. Approve Revision of Blanket Purchase Order B11027 issued to Dawson View Staff Report
Oil Company for Fiscal Year 2005/2006
6. ACTION ITEMS
A. Authorize the Chairperson to execute the “Agreement between the View Staff Report
County of El Dorado and the El Dorado County Transit Authority
regarding the Park & Ride Facility at U.S. Highway 50 and
Cambridge Road.”
B. Construction of the Cambridge Road Park & Ride Project View Staff Report
1. Award a construction contract for the Cambridge Road Park
& Ride Project (Project #45-2006) to the lowest responsible,
responsive bidder and authorize the Chairperson to sign contract
for same, subject to:
a. Recordation of the California Transportation Commission
Relinquishment Resolution;
b. Execution of the “Agreement between the County of El
Dorado and the El Dorado County Transit Authority
regarding the Park & Ride Facility at U.S. Highway 50
and Cambridge Road;”
c. Recordation of the “Relinquishment of Easement Rights”
executed by the Church of the Foothills;
d. Review and approval of bonds, insurance coverages, and
other items by the County of El Dorado (County) agents,
as necessary; and,
e. Review and approval of the final contract by legal Counsel
2. Authorize the Transit Director to execute any contract change
orders when the accumulative CCOs’ are less than ten percent
(10%) of total project construction contract. All contract change
orders will be recommended by the Project Engineer and/or
Resident Engineer
3. Authorize the Transit Director to execute any contract change
orders in consultation with the Board Chair when the
accumulative change orders are more than ten percent (10%) of
construction contract.
