B. 1. Approve Purchase Order No. 15215 issued to Motor Coach
Industries (MCI) for Acquisition of four (4) D4500
Commuter buses in the amount of $2,070,961.71 upon
legal contract award by Yolo County Transportation District
2. Authorize Executive Director to execute all documents
including but not limited to purchase orders and requisitions
up to 1% of initial purchase order to facilitate project
completion
C. Receive and File Quarterly Investment Report for Quarter
Ending 09/30/2009
D. Adopt Resolution No. 09-17 Authorizing Financial Transactions by
Designated Officers and the Executive Director
E. 1. Approve Purchase Order No. 15216 in the amount of
$589,384.55 issued to A-Z Bus Sales, Inc. for Acquisition
of Five (5) Type VII Cut-A-Way Buses
